We come to the house in Sunset, Kendall, Tamiami, Cutler Bay, South Miami, Westchester, Coral Gables, Country Walk, Kendall West, Palmetto Bay, Redland, Glenvar Heights, Pinecrest, Palmetto Estates, Three Lakes, Coconut Grove, The Roads, Shenandoah, The Hammocks, and Lakes by the Bay. There is no shop to visit. We repair, replace, and maintain water heaters, drains, sewer lines, leaks, and the fixtures you use every day. We do not take new-construction tracts. We do not line pipes.
What we sell is the work: camera first when it matters, a clear price, a clean job, and a finish — not a maybe. $95 to come look. Waived if you hire us.
