Leak Detection
A high bill, a damp closet, or a hiss you cannot place. We locate leaks and lines with cameras and detection tools — then we open only what we have to.
Camera Inspections
Camera in, guesswork out. We inspect sewer and drain lines so repair is targeted — a section or a full replacement only when the picture says so.
Drain Cleaning
Slow sinks, a shower that swirls, a stack that smells. We clear kitchen, bath, and main lines — and we tell you if the clog is grease, roots, or a broken pipe.
Sewer Repair
We camera the line to find the problem, dig up and repair the affected section, or gut, re-route, or replace old cast-iron pipe when it is done.
Toilets
Running, leaking, or on the floor. We repair wax rings, supplies, and fill valves — or set a new toilet level and sealed.
Sinks & Faucets
A drip that stains the chrome, a spray head that died, a kitchen sink that needs to land on time. We install and repair sinks and faucets so they work, not just look installed.
Shower & Bath
A valve that will not shut off, a drain that ponds, a tub spout that weeps into the wall. We repair showers and baths before the ceiling downstairs pays for it.
Exterior Lines
Hose bibs, yard lines, sewer laterals, and gas to the appliances. We repair and replace exterior plumbing without turning the property into a jobsite for a week if the job does not need it.
Gas Lines
Gas to a water heater, range, or dryer is not a weekend experiment. We install and repair gas lines, pull permits when the job requires it, and test before we light anything.
Emergency 24/7
Burst pipe, overflow, no hot water at 11 p.m. We stop the damage, diagnose, and finish the repair — with parts on the truck when we can. $95 to come look, waived if you hire us.
Water Filters
South Florida water is hard on fixtures and tanks. We install and service filters so they actually get changed and do not become another leak.
Water heaters first, and the rest of the house too
Water heaters are what we are known for. We repair and replace tank and tankless units, swap failed thermostats and elements, fix leaking relief valves, and haul away the old heater when a replacement makes more sense than another repair. What a visit looks like
A licensed plumber comes to the house, finds the cause, and explains the fix in plain words before any work starts. You get a written quote, and you decide. Many jobs are finished the same day because the truck carries common parts.
Insurance and remodels
If water damaged your home, we document the leak source with photos and notes for your insurance claim. For remodels, we rough in and set fixtures in existing homes. We do not take on new construction.
