Every photo here is from a real job by our crew in Miami-Dade, not stock art. The exterior shutoff and hose bib shot shows a valve we replaced on a stucco wall, which is the valve you turn first when a pipe bursts inside. The sewer coupling photo shows a damaged section of yard line we opened and repaired. Miami's sandy, root-heavy soil is hard on older clay and cast-iron lines, so section repairs like this are common here.
The tankless pair on stucco is an outdoor install, which is a common setup in South Florida because there's no basement or attic space to spare. The camera photo is from a sewer inspection: we push a camera down the line, watch the picture live, and show you the footage so you can see the root intrusion, belly or break for yourself before you decide on a repair.
The water meter shot is the first step of most leak calls. With every fixture off, a moving meter dial tells us water is escaping somewhere: under the slab, in a wall or out in the yard.
